Chris is a Clinical Kinesiologist and the Head Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) at Volt Health. Bringing a strong athletic background built on years of playing high-level rugby, Chris blends strength & conditioning principles with clinical active rehabilitation to help clients bridge the gap between initial injury recovery and peak physical performance.
Whether guiding a motor vehicle accident (MVA) injury client through ICBC rehabilitation or coaching an athlete back to competition, Chris applies a progressive, strength-first framework to every program. He provides in-clinic active rehab and specialized athletic conditioning out of Volt Health’s Abbotsford facility, alongside community-based active rehab and aquatic therapy across both Abbotsford and Surrey.
