This policy covers the volthealth.ca website, operated by Volt Health and Rehabilitation Inc. ("Volt Health", "we"). It applies to information collected through this website only — information you share with your practitioner as part of your care is governed by our clinical record-keeping obligations and the privacy standards of each practitioner's regulating body, and is never published on or collected through this site.
What we collect through this website
Contact form. When you send a message through our contact page, we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), topic, and message you provide. The message is delivered by email to our care team and a copy is kept in the website's secure administrative inbox so we can follow up. We use it only to respond to your inquiry.
Website analytics. We keep first-party visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate visit times, referring site, device type) to understand how the site is used. IP addresses are stored only in a one-way hashed form for these statistics. If you accept cookies on our privacy banner, the site sets two first-party cookies (a visitor identifier and a 30-minute session identifier) so we can count returning visits. If you decline, those cookies are not set and any existing ones are removed.
Google tools. With your consent from the same banner, the site may load Google Analytics (and, if we run advertising, Google's conversion measurement). These tools set their own cookies and process data under Google's privacy policy. They are never loaded if you have not accepted.
Online booking
Appointment booking is handled by Jane App on volthealth.janeapp.com, a separate service with its own privacy policy. Information you enter there is not collected through this website.
What we don't do

- We do not use this website to collect health information.

Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our follow-up.
