How to start your Recovery Journey

  • File Your Claim & Obtain Your Number

    After your accident, report the claim to ICBC to receive your Claim Number. This number is the key to unlocking your pre-authorized treatments. You do not need a doctor’s referral to begin Kinesiology, Physiotherapy, or Massage Therapy within the first 12 weeks of your accident.

  • Initial Clinical Assessment

    Schedule your initial assessment at our Abbotsford or Surrey clinic. Bring your ICBC claim number and your personal health number (BC Services Card). Our clinicians will conduct a thorough evaluation of your injuries to develop a personalized recovery plan tailored to your specific needs. 

  • Direct Billing & Treatment

    Focus entirely on your recovery while we handle the paperwork. Volt Health offers direct billing to ICBC, meaning there are typically no out-of-pocket costs for your standard treatment sessions. We coordinate directly with your ICBC adjuster to ensure your benefits are maximized and your care is continuous. 

  • Return to Function
